Here come the newlyweds!
A day after their intimate nuptials at a historic church in New York City's Little Italy on Saturday, newly hitched couple Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas got cozy in Manhattan, marking their first official outing as hubby and wife and flashing some nifty wedded bliss.
Thomas was decked out in a relaxed getup of cutoffs and a breezy tee—the same kind of unassuming outfit she sported a few hours before getting gussied up for her wedding.
On Sunday morning, the duo also tweeted pics of their beautiful wedding bands, and Hilaria has now switched her Twitter name to "Hilaria Baldwin."
Baldwin and Thomas said their "I dos" in an intimate ceremony on Saturday attended by close pals like Tina Fey, Woody Allen and Jimmy Fallon and held at Manhattan's Old St. Patrick's Cathedral—a historic church featured in flicks like The Godfather and Mean Streets.
In an interview with The New York Times on Sunday, Thomas gushingly recounted the moment she first met Baldwin at a downtown Manhattan restaurant.
"I was standing near the door with my friends when he walked up and took my hand and said, 'I must know you,'" Thomas said, adding that Baldwin later gave her his card and the two eventually rang each other up.
Baldwin, for one, was introspective about the prospect of marriage following his contentious divorce from Basinger.
"I've dated a lot of people since my divorce, and have thought a lot about what I wanted and what I wanted to do," he told the paper. "I wasn't really ready to take that chance and to act until I met Hilaria."
Aw. Good thing he had that card handy!
