The late diva appears in the new "Celebrate" music video with singer Jordin Sparks. This collaboration with Sparks was Houston's last song before her death and appears on the soundtrack of their upcoming film Sparkle.
The video opens with Sparks preparing her humble abode for guests to arrive for some sort of shindig, and it's all set in a very positive mood.
In between singing the song while hanging with her friends—because that happens all the time at house parties—scenes from the movie (including parts with Houston) were spliced in.
Sparkle focuses on three aspiring singers (Sparks, Carmen Ejogo and Tika Sumpter) and their mother (Houston) and will be released to theaters on Aug. 17.
