The 19-year-old bride-to-be and her handsome fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, were stunning at the Australians in Film Awards and benefit dinner in Century City, Calif., on Wednesday.
Miley wore a low-cut black dress, flaunting her cleavage with a built-in corset, and proudly showed off her gorgeous engagement ring.
"I just wanted to wear something simple because tonight is all about him," she told Us Weekly. Hemsworth, 22, was an honoree at the event. "I'm super stoked for him. He's really happy and it's great!"
The Tennessee native also gave some insight into what attracted her to her beau of three years. She explained: "I think there's a masculinity about [Australian men] that's like growing up in the South, like I did. It's very respectful and they are a little bit more respectful."
