Selena Gomez wrapped three movies this year: Spring Breakers, Getaway and Hotel Transylvania.

The girl may be on a roll, but she's actually putting the brakes on the big screen.

What's going on? Read on to find out what she just told me...

Gomez, 19, is going back into the recording studio. "This is the first year I haven't put out music," she said earlier today at a press preview of Hotel Transylvania. "I miss it."

She wants to put out her fourth album followed by some touring.

"I think this is going to be the biggest one for me personally," Gomez said. "I want to be able to write about things I've never talked about before and tell a story with this album because I've never actually had time to go in and do that. I've never worked on a song for more than two days."

Personal as it may be, she won't be kissing and telling about boyfriend Justin Bieber.

"It's not going to be necessarily, 'Here's my tell-all,'" Gomez said. "It's going to be more of something that people could say, 'It could be that or it could be this or it could that.' At the end of the day I only make my music because I want it be really fun and if I could have people dance to it, relate to it, have a good time, that's all I want."

She's already met with a couple of potential new producers, but also plans to reunite with Rock Mafia and Toby Gad. Her favorite listens lately are Jason Mraz as well as Parachute. "And of course I always go back to being in love with Katy Perry," Gomez smiled.

She'll be at tomorrow night's Hollywood premiere of Perry's new movie, Katy Perry: Part of Me. "I wasn't even invited," Gomez said. "I called and was like, 'Can I please come? I want to see this movie so bad.'"

That's not all the Gomez we have for you. Make sure to check back tomorrow to hear about the movie that left her a little bruised and why she's not trying to outdo Twilight.
