Is Rumer Willis feeling a bit blue?

Only if you're talking about her hair!

The starlet debuted some newly dyed black and blue locks while stepping out in Hollywood earlier this week. Rumer has been known to be quite daring when it comes to her numerous hairstyles over the years, trying everything from a bob cut to wavy extensions, to colors ranging platinum blond, red and black.

This new look is on the riskier side for Willis who is coming off a tough few months with her Hollywood Hills home being burglarized, her younger sister Scout being arrested for underage drinking, and her mom, Demi Moore, entering rehab.

Things are definitely looking up for the actress-singer who kicked off the summer by performing Amy Winehouse's song "Valerie" at the Sayers Club last week.

There is no better way to start the season off than with a fresh look, and when you have Demi's genes on your side, there's no limit to what hairstyles you can pull off!
