Pass the golden popcorn because the MTV Movie Awards are just about here! We've been looking forward to the hip award show since nominations were announced. And hey, if we're being totally honest, we've been sizing up contenders for best movie kiss ever since last year's show. MTV's big night for movies is packed with surprises, so which ones top our list?

1. The Dark Knight Will Rise With a Sneak Peek: Every time a new poster, movie still, trailer or even a blurry on-set pic of The Dark Knight Rises pops up, we get a little giddy. After all, the flick is one of the most-anticipated films of the year. So we will of course be glued to our TV sets to watch Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman and Christopher Nolan debut an exclusive clip from the movie.

2. Russell Brand Will Zing and Then Some: It's the Rock of Ages comedian's first time emceeing the movie awards, but if his previous stints hosting the network's video music awards are any indication, we're in for a cheeky—and yes, probably raunchy—night.

3. Johnny Depp Will Get Props: The forever-cool actor will receive the generation award at tonight's show. If that weren't already badass enough, The Black Keys are slated to perform a song in Depp's honor.

4. Charlie Sheen Will Make a Winning Presenter: The Anger Management actor will introduce a tribute to party movies—pretty appropriate, right? And he'll also introduce Wiz Khalifa's performance.

DreamWorks

5. Emma Stone Will Blaze Trails: Is there anything this gal can't do? We adore just about every flick she's starred in and it looks like the music network does too. Tonight she'll be honored with MTV's first-ever Trailblazer award.

What are you excited to see at tonight's MTV Movie Awards? Which films and actors are you rooting for? Sound off in the comments!
