The couple was caught canoodling in the very public sands of Los Angeles' Venice Beach on Tuesday.
The 54-year-old Hollywood siren gave her 27-year-old beau a romantic back massage, and they took a leisurely stroll along the water.
The pair reportedly met at a Vogue party in Brazil last month.
Stone was previously hitched to television producer Michael Greenburg in the mid-'80s, followed by a five-year marriage to newspaper mogul Phil Bronstein, which ended in divorce in 2003.
No doubt the outing took Stone's mind off of the lawsuit filed against her last week by a former live-in nanny who claimed she was wrongfully terminated a year and a half ago after the Oscar-nominated actress accused her of stealing. Stone's camp has subsequently called the allegations "absurd."
