You'll notice that Jessica Alba had none of those excuses when she sported this Alexander McQueen black chiffon number from the label's Spring 2012 collection.
Alba was attending the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, which has nothing to do with porn, at least, intentionally.
So, is there any way the Sin City dame could've pulled off this look?
No. That's the short answer and the reason is—she's a short girl. Well, actually, Alba is 5-feet-7-inches tall, according to our research. That's above average, but it's not nearly towering enough to properly fill out this very unforgiving riot of chiffon.
Unless your parents are trees or NBA power forwards, you should not come within 10-feet of this frock. Ever. Otherwise, you just look like you're ready for beddy-bye in a whole lot of nightgown.
The fact that Alba wore any accessories at all only makes things worse. Even the delicate necklace, paired with a white Alexander McQueen studded clutch and a Bulgari rose gold and diamond Serpenti ring, is way too much when you're competing with so many slut ruffles.
Maybe this photo falls under the category of right dress, wrong gal.
