Last month, Amanda Bynes was arrested for driving under the influence. Now E! News has learned exclusively that the 26-year-old actress's court date is officially set for June 6.

D.A. sources tell E! News that Bynes is scheduled to appear in a Beverly Hills courtroom and that charges could be filed against her on any day leading up to that appearance.

The Easy A star was arrested early in the morning of April 6 on misdemeanor DUI charge after getting into a fender bender with a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department vehicle.

According to authorities, Bynes allegedly tried to pass the vehicle and collided with the right rear panel of the cruiser, which caused minor paint damage to both cars. It was after further investigation, however, that the officer involved became suspicious that Bynes had been drinking.

After being booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station with bail set at $5,000, the actress was released later that morning and issued a citation.

Just weeks after her DUI charge, Bynes stopped traffic again when she was spotted making a three-point turn in the middle of a busy West Hollywood street. Fortunately for the actress, police did not get involved on this occasion.

In May, however, L.A.'s Finest crossed paths with the starlet once more when she was reported as having grazed a car with her Range Rover while driving near the intersection of Crescent Heights and Melrose Boulevard. According to the LAPD, "she didn't even know she was involved in an accident."

The LAPD told E! News following this run-in that Bynes "wasn't given a citation, no one was arrested, no one was hurt."
