Bar Refaeli certainly is heating up Facebook!
The Sports Illustrated model launched her Facebook page Tuesday, grabbing fans' attention with a topless photo of her at the beach.
In the shot, the 26-year-old Israeli beauty jumps in the air, covers her chest with one arm and flashes a peace sign above her head with the other. "Go Bar" is spelled out in rocks in the sand beneath her.

Refaeli, who previously dated Leonardo DiCaprio quipped on Twitter, "Let's see how many social networks I can manage! Good luck B"
