The news was broken by Cutler's teammate Earl Bennett while talking to The Boers and Bernstein Show this morning.
"New toys, a baby on the way—he's having a boy—and, you know, I'm excited for Jay," Bennett blabbed about his quarterback. "It's a great time."
While the comment went undiscussed at the time, after Bennett's interview, the hosts realized that they had unknowingly broken the baby news.
"Jay's having a boy," they said. "I don't think anybody knew that before then."
Well, looks like the 25-year-old girly girl The Hills star will be the odd woman out once she pops. She and her 29-year-old fiancé had yet to publicly reveal the gender of their family's impending addition.
The duo confirmed their reengagement last fall, though wedding plans are reportedly on hold until after their baby's birth this summer.
