It's 90210 star Ryan Eggold.
The actor is dressed in drag for his role in the short film titled Queen. In the flick, Eggold plays a transgendered cabaret star. According to the movie's Facebook page, she "looks to fill the void in her life after her plans to start a family fall apart."
