On Monday, Suri and her mom, Katie, arrived in New York City by helicopter—because that's just how this tot rolls.

And just yesterday, the mini fashionista was spotted grabbing ice cream in the Big Apple in an adorable orange polka-dot skirt with a purple striped tank and her favorite silver ballet flats. Too cute.
