One Direction's Harry Styles, 18, Asked Out Former Bachelorette Jillian Harris, 32?! Yup!

Now that Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are no longer, Hollywood is in desperate need for a new cougarific couple to take their place.

How about 18-year-old One Direction member Harry Styles and—get ready for it—32-year-old former Bachelorette Jillian Harris?!

Harris' rep tells me that Styles asked for the reality TV star's number after introducing himself to her recently when both happened to be at the W Los Angeles: Westwood hotel in L.A.

"He didn't know who she was and she didn't know who he was until later," the rep said. "He's really cute. Jillian thinks he's adorable but a little too young for her."

"I was super flattered," Harris told US Weekly, which first reported the flirty run-in.

A rep for Styles declined to comment for our story.

Older women seem to be Styles' thing. He and British TV personality Caroline Flack dated before breaking up in January. At 32, Flack was 15 years the singer's senior. He was, however, most recently linked to the more age-appropriate 19-year-old singer Lily Halpern.

Meanwhile, One Direction just announced that if you weren't lucky enough to snag tickets to any of their upcoming concert dates in the U.S., you're in luck—they'll be returning stateside next year with a 25-city tour that kicks off June 13, 2013, in Ft. Lauderdale.

Wonder if Harris will be checking out one of the shows.
