No surprise, Scarlett Johansson looked fierce at The Avengers premiere last night, and the gal surely left geeks' heads spinning when she revealed she wears "not much" under that skintight bodysuit.
And while ScarJo certainly appears über-comfortable with her bod, it was just six months ago when Ms. Jo's, um, assets became privy to the public in a much-buzzed-about nude-photo hacking scandal. Add that to her divorce from Ryan Reynolds and subsequent rebound with Sean Penn and you've got a whole lotta controversy surrounding the blond bombshell.
So what did the usually tight-lipped sex symbol have to say about the scandal? And what did she reveal about her divorce from Ry in the May issue of Vogue?
"When all those photos came out, of course I go out to dinner and think, Goddamn it, these people have all seen my…" Johansson told Vogue as her voice trailed off. "That's terrible. You know what I mean? You can't not think that. Even if they haven't, you're paranoid."
We seriously feel bad for the babe! Even as one of Hollywood's A-list stars (and oft-chosen sexiest woman candidate), Scar's entitled to some privacy…and it had to be awful not only worrying about pesky paparazzi but also whether the public has peeped your privates.
But Scarlett admits she didn't let the experience bring her down:
"I don't want to be a victim and say, ‘Oh, well' and just hide my head in shame," Scarlett revealed to Vogue.
Not that Scarlett was the only one to get hacked. Just ask Blake Lively, Ryan's current girlfriend. Although Scar doesn't share her feelings towards Blakey-poo (we wish!), she does admit the divorce from Ry was anything but easy:
"Of course it's horrible. It was devastating. It really throws you," she explained. "You think that your life is going to be one way, and then, for various reasons or whatever, it doesn't work out…It's like the loneliest thing you'll ever do, in some way," the sexy starlet 'fessed.
She continued, adding that the divorce still troubles her from time to time, "It's still there. More than anything, it's just that not having your buddy around all the time is weird."
Lucky for Scarlett, she's had no trouble finding a "buddy" replacement, and after a public rebound with Sean Penn (whom she also admits to "seeing"), she's stepped out of the spotlight with her advertising director BF, Nate Taylor:
"It's totally bizarre. It's an adjustment—I mean, it's got to be an adjustment for him way more than it was for me at 19. But he's really remarkably good about it," Scar coyly revealed with a smile.
Hmm, seems like Scar's the happiest she's been in a long time.
Glad you kept your head up, girl! Here's to giving a walk down the aisle a second shot.
