Actually, there were no tigers and bears in tonight's episode of Grey's Anatomy, just one little lion. But trust us when we tell you the love lives of our favorite docs more than made up for the drama!

Can Cristina and Owen ever get past his infidelity? Did Lexie finally confess her feelings for Mark? And just how well acquainted is Arizona with nursing staff at Seattle Grace? Find out now!

WHAT WE LEARNED

Secret's Out: So Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) are walking on eggshells. Actually, Owen is walking on eggshells and Cristina is just not talking to him. With good reason. But the biggest surprise was not a bowl of cereal to the face, but the fact that Cristina didn't tell Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) about Owen's affair. Meredith reasons that it was because Cristina didn't want her hating him because she plans on forgiving him. There's your hope Cristina-Owen fans. Cling to it like the last Titanic life vest!

One or the Other: We're going to blame residual emotional wreckage from last night's One Tree Hill finale for some of our heightened emotions. But this back and forth between Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) is actually causing us physical pain. She obviously still loves Mark if she's seeking advice from "big brother" Derek. But we just can't take the uncertainty (and Lexie chickening out) any longer. We're begging now, please get them together or put us out of our misery!

The List: Finally someone acknowledges the fact that Seattle Grace is a breeding ground for workplace relationships. While we may have seen Callie's (Sara Ramirez) series of on-call room interludes throughout the seasons, this was the first time we got to see just how much Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) has moved around. She does have very good taste in the ladies, we must say.

Cold as Ice: Douchebag Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) is back with a vengeance. After weeks of being the shoulder to cry on for intern Morgan, he decided he had to stop being her support system. And while it may have been awful timing to be so heartless—her baby is dying—it was actually just what she needed to hear.

Lionhearted: A lion? Now that's a good guest star. When we first saw the promo photos we were worried that the lion would be followed by an elephant, a bear and a whole escaped circus act. Ah, but that one little lion caused a whole mess of damage. We've had some stupid people cause some major accidents before, but keeping a lion as a pet ranks up there near the top.

ONE-LINERS

"That would explain it. I've been trying to get her naked for three years." —Mark
"You are good at being a douche. And that's just one step away from being cold and dead." —Jackson
"Make sure you want him back because you want him, not because he's with someone else." —Derek

WHAT LIES AHEAD

Buckle Up: The Cristina-Owen roller coaster is just beginning. But that's because their relationship didn't break overnight. Sandra Oh more or less says that these cracks have just been ignored until it was a giant sinkhole. Nah, the roller coaster had to have started. Maybe we are at the top of a very tall drop or right before the corkscrew of doom.

Forward to Finale: Showrunner Shonda Rhimes promises a "juicy" finale. With the doctors taking boards and looking for new jobs at the end of this season, things could look very different in Seattle next year!

Are you having a hard time coping with all this relationship drama? Do you just want Cristina and Owen to kiss and make up or is this pain necessary for them to really heal? Does calling a lion a cat on your eHarmony profile count as lying? Hit the comments!
