Actress is reportedly planning a get-together with some friends to celebrate the end of her legal woes

Lindsay Lohan is ready to let loose a little and celebrate!

The actress was back in court this morning after finally completing her probation, and despite being warned by Judge Stephanie Sautner to "stop nightclubbing" a source tells E! News that Lindsay is planning to take over the Penthouse suite of Chateau Marmont tonight with 30-40 of her dearest pals.

That's the current idea anyway...

"She's happy and wants to celebrate her new freedom. All her best friends are invited," a source tells E! News.

The West Hollywood hotel is a favorite spot for the young actress, who had a surprise run-in with her ex Samantha Ronson there last night. Awkward.

Lindsay, who was accompanied by her sister Ali Lohan, arrived to the courtyard restaurant at 9.30 p.m. and was seated at a table next to her former love interest who was dining with a group of girl friends.

An eyewitness says, "Their chairs were literally back to back. They saw one another but they didn't speak once, not even to say hello. It looked really awkward."
