If you're still shocked when Megan Fox says something semi-controversial, then you really need to get with the program. Transformers 75 (or is it just the fourth installment?) is coming out soon and she's been delivering notable quotables like this since she was part of the robo-franchise.
Her latest shock du jour came when she was interviewed by France's Jalouse magazine and she told 'em, "I live well with my image. I cannot complain. I would not trade my place with an unattractive girl."
Too much?
When we first heard she'd delivered this par-tick soundbite, we could practically hear the resulting groans (those from be from you, Internet folk).
And the resulting comments were pretty predictable:
There were plenty of people who were quick to sound off on the fact that this was just another dumb (or awesome, depending which side you take) Fox quote. Others called the gal shallow, conceited and just plain unlikable.
The latter were quick to point out that looks will eventually fade, no matter how beautiful you start off (i.e. beware what you say now, Megsy, 'cause it may come back to bite you in the butt 20 years from now).
On the other hand, there were commenters who agreed with Megan—would you want to switch places with someone less attractive than you?—and defended her right to speaks her mind (hey! At least she's being honest, right?).
Either way, everyone had something to say about what Megan Fox had already said. Follow?
So now it's time to get a scientific and definitive take from you Awful Truth readers: Was Megan out of line saying she wouldn't swap places with "an unattractive girl"? Or do you agree with her sentiment and think she should speak her mind more often?
Sound off now!
