Lindsay Lohan is right on track. (To where, we're not exactly sure yet, but at least she's moving along in a straight line.)

A Los Angeles judge agreed with the 22-year-old starlet's attorney today when he determined that Lohan had "proper attendance" and "no missed dates" regarding the various obligations she has been required to attend as part of her probation from 2007's twin-DUI debacle.

At a status hearing Tuesday, legal eagle Blair Berk told L.A. Superior Court Judge H. Chester Horn Jr. that her client was "completely on track with everything" concerning her plea deal last year on five misdemeanor counts.

Lohan was sentenced last August to 3 years' probation and ordered to perform 10 days of community service, complete drug treatment and attend an 18-month alcohol-education program after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent and a single count of reckless driving.

She also spent an unmemorable 84 minutes in jail out of a mandated 24 hours.

The deal allowed Lohan to avoid more more quality time behind bars as punishment for her twin DUI busts last year, the first of which prompted the coke charges.

Her next hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 16, 2009.

The again-working actress, who's been busy shooting the upcoming comedy Labor Pains, was not required to appear in court today.

Lohan spent Tuesday filming scenes at an old apartment building in North Hollywood. A source on the set told E! News that her friend-who-is-a-girl, Samantha Ronson, joined her on the set earlier this afternoon, as she's been wont to do lately.

The Hollywood DJ drove in while Lohan and her bodyguard drove around the block to throw the paparazzi off the scent (which always works really well), according to the source.

Per the insider, Lohan and Ronson walked around and chatted for a bit before grabbing some healthy grub—lots of fruit and salad for LiLo—from the craft services table shortly after 3 p.m.

Ronson was seen leaving the area at 3:40 p.m. The shoot was expected to continue into the evening, and the crew will spend one more day at the location before setting up shop elsewhere.
