Just when her life was getting back on track, Lindsay Lohan almost hit a bump in the road.
The comeback star's car allegedly brushed up against a person while pulling out of a parking lot last night before driving off, E! News has confirmed.
But how bad was the auto mishap? And could LiLo be facing a new round of criminal charges?
According to a Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman, shortly before 1 a.m. officers reponded to a call from a man who claimed that the star's car had "brushed up" against him at a parking area near Hookah Lounge in Hollywood.
Lohan and a companion were in the vehicle and were attempting to leave the parking area when they were surrounded by paparazzi and onlookers, per police.
As the car maneuvered past the throng, it allegedly brushed up against the man despite several paparazzi yelling warnings. Lohan's Porsche then drove away without stopping.
Police could not determine who was behind the wheel, per the LAPD spokeswoman, but there was no damage or injury so no charges have been filed.
LiLo's life and career have been on the mend following the public frenzy surrounding her probation stemming from a DUI arrest and a necklace theft.
She is currently at the homestretch of her sentence, and has been dropping big hints about playing Elizabeth Taylor in a highly anticipated Lifetime biopic.
