"No One Knows" rocker Nick Oliveri wants you to know he's not a felon.
The former Queens of the Stone Age bassist has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from his arrest last July over a five-hour standoff with a SWAT team after he barricaded his Los Angeles apartment and allegedly prevented his girlfriend from leaving.
Los Angeles District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison confirms to E! News that the preliminary hearing was completed yesterday and that the judge found enough evidence to order a trial.
Oliveri is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with firearm, one count of resisting, obstructing or delaying of a peace officer or EMT, and one count of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
Cops were called to the couple's apartment last July after the two got into a heated argument and Oliveri barricaded the apartment to keep her locked inside.
A five-hour standoff followed, during which Oliveri released the woman before eventually giving himself up.
Police reportedly found firearms at the home—including a fully loaded rifle—along with cocaine and methamphetamines.
Oliveri's is due in court again on April 13.
