The wolf pack is back...or not.

According to recent reports, Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and the rest of the Hangover gang are thisclose to officially signing on for the franchise's third flick.

However...

"I am one hundred percent on board the effort to make it happen, but we're just not officially there yet," Ed Helms told us last night at the Hollywood premiere of his new flick Jeff, Who Lives at Home.

As for a possible location for the third Hangover film to take place, Helms joked, "Mars."

Meanwhile, Helm's Jeff costar Jason Segel gave us what we hope is the last update on whether we'll be seeing him full-frontal in his upcoming romantic comedy The Five-Year Engagement.

"We'll see if it ended up making it in the film," he smiled.

For the record, Segel isn't shy about stripping down. "I invite everybody," he joked. "Not just the crew but neighbors. It's the least I can do."

And while both Segel and Helms star in hit television series, Jeff costar Susan Sarandon isn't looking for a long-term TV gig.

"I just don't know if I could," said Sarandon, who recently filmed a guest spot on The Big C, said. "It's hard. We were working on The Big C 17-hour days. And I think it's hard for the writing to stay good. I like the idea of I'm like a temp. I just go in every now and then and do a week or two."
