It's your lucky day, Mockingjays!
If you're not fortunate enough to nab the two passes to The Hunger Games premiere from our red carpet fashion contest (remember, we'll be announcing the winners Feb. 29) then never fear, ‘cause there's another opportunity for you hungry fans to meet all of the fabulous H.G. stars.
And the best news ever?! A-listers like Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, and Liam Hemsworth will be traveling across the globe, so if you can't make it all the way to Tinseltown, check out all the future opportunities for some Q&A with your fave Hunger babes!
Beginning March 3 in Santa Monica, Calif., talent from The Hunger Games will embark on a weeklong national mall tour with their last stop set for Seattle.
Each stop on the tour will include a question-and-answer session with some of the movie's biggest stars, as well as a chance to snag some extra Hunger Games gear (who doesn't want some fan fodder just in time for the flick to hit theaters!).
Here's the breakdown for you megafans:
Local Los Angelinos will have a chance to meet Gary Ross, Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth on March 3, so prepare your questions, Mockingjays, this may be the last chance you have to meet your fellow District faves before the highly anticipated premiere.
As for the rest of the tour? March 6 will mark a stop in Atlanta for all you Southern fans, and on March 7, the HG crew will continue on to Chicago and Phoenix.
But the globe-trotting doesn't stop there! You can expect to see J.Law, Alexander Ludwig and Amandla Stenberg turn up the heat March 8 in Miami as their fellow costars Josh Hutcherson, Isabelle Fuhrman and Jacqueline Emerson hit up Dallas for a little Q&A down south.
From there? March 9 is Minneapolis, and March 10, the end of the tour, will be in Seattle.
All together now: O.M.Games—we could not be more excited for this megatour!
But dare we say, how very Twilight of the H.G. franchise? Remember when the vampire film franchise embarked on a 15-city mall tour to promote the release of New Moon? We're just hoping there won't be any Hot Topic stops this time around…
And since a recent Yahoo! search trend confirms The Hunger Games is currently taking the lead—we're thinking a little competition never hurts!
So battle it out below! And be sure to check out the Hunger Games Facebook page for all the deets on the mall tour!
