Laura Dern and Ben Harper: Getting Divorced or On-Again Happy Couple?

The purported exes have been way more than civil lately, including during their date at the Golden Globes...

For the sake of the kids, at least, it's lovely that Laura Dern and Ben Harper seem to be enjoying a most amicable split.

But Dern didn't need to take her future ex-husband to the Golden Globes, did she? Unless...

Wait a minute. Could it be that the pair, who according to court documents separated a year ago, are doing more together these days than agreeing to disagree?

Well, they sure looked the part of a smiling, happy couple at HBO's post-Globes bash at the Beverly Hilton, where they celebrated Dern's win for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for Enlightened.

They also looked cozy and comfortable strolling in Beverly Hills yesterday, so...What's the deal (aside from tabloid reports that the pair are living and traveling together again)?

Harper's rep wasn't immediately available for comment and Dern's rep had no comment, but court records show that, not only does Dern have no divorce attorney listed, the next hearing in their pending split is scheduled for Oct. 9, 2015.

Forget fast-tracking! These two appear to be back-tracking—in a good way!

Harper filed for divorce on Oct. 8, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason and asking for joint custody of their two children and to be relived of any spousal support obligations.
