If Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's split is messy, they sure have been doing a good job of hiding it while filming their new television series, ¡Q'Viva! The Chosen.

In fact, you wouldn't even know they were no longer together in the premiere episode until...

...they are asked about it by a producer during a scene in the show.

Lopez smiles and says it's "very Sonny & Cher after the divorce."

I was one of a handful of journalists who was invited to Soho House in West Hollywood last night to watch the first episode of ¡Q'Viva!, premiering on Univision Jan. 28. An English subtitled version is also expected to air on Fox.

The 12-episode series follows J. Lo, Anthony and director Jamie King crisscrossing throughout Latin America looking for singers, dancers and other talents to compete to be part of a live Las Vegas show they're producing to celebrate Latin American arts and culture.

Lopez and Anthony announced the development of the show while they were still married. Production began after they confirmed in July that they had split after seven years of marriage.

At one point in the show, Anthony reflects on their relationship, saying they are "meant to be" in each others' lives.

"Marriage is one chapter, kids are another," he says.

Reality television is apparently still another.

The two are playful. When Anthony goes gaga for a pair of green-eyed, big-busted twin sisters in Puerto Rico, Lopez smiles, "Let's keep the integrity of the show together."

When Anthony explains, "I just see a lot of potential," Lopez shoots back, "For what?"

When the two arrive at a hotel in Puerto Rico where they filmed their 2007 movie, El Cantante, Lopez cracks, "Bad memories."
