30 Rock, you think you're so cool.

Wait, you are cool. We might have forgotten seeing as you've been off the air for a million months! But 30 Rock is finally back with new episodes on NBC, and its back with a banging lineup of guest stars. Matt Damon is fighting James Marsden? Denise Richards as a crazy version of herself? Oh, yes. Let Tina Fey and co. fill you in on season six shenanigans…

"Liz has got this good thing going on with a nice new gentleman whose name is Chris and he is played by an even nicer gentleman whose name is James Marsden," Tina Fey humbly brags to us while we visited the set. "Yeah, things are going well for Liz Lemon."

Someone who looks like James Marsden is pursuing Liz? Yes, things are going very well, indeed. And it might not stop there. Even though Liz and Carol (Damon) broke up last season, Fey anticipates a hot dude fight in the near future."

"Yes, Matt, come on back! James Marsden wants to fight you," Fey jokes. "The fact that we got Matt to do the amount of episodes he did was so generous because he was busy making movies at that time and he always is. But I think he lives in New York so he can just drop by whenever he wants and play whatever he wants."

Other big guest stars infiltrating the world of 30 Rock? Denise Richards (first timer) and Kelsey Grammer (returning). "Denise Richards is awesome," Fey gushed. "We went to her and she is so funny in the episode and she has such a great sense of humor. [She] plays a version of herself where she is the celebrity spokesman of the idiot committee and she was really, really funny doing it and so delightful to be around. Kelsey Grammer is back this year, too and he plays this ridiculous con man version of himself."

When we brought up the rumors about cast contract disputes and this being the last season of 30 Rock, Fey was quick to settle the matter once and for all (or at least until the next rumor.) "I think—and I'm never right about this, but I think that we're all in alignment right now I think we're all in for the duration," she says. "And then the duration just sort of depends on…I'm kind of hoping into next year."
