Moon Unit Zappa and Matchbox Twenty Guitarist Flame Out

The Valley Girl has dumped the rock star.
Moon Unit Zappa filed for divorce from Matchbox Twenty guitarist Paul Doucette last month after nine and a half years of marriage, E! News confirmed Wednesday.
And her reason for the split?

Zappa cited irreconcilable differences, according to court documents filed Dec. 27, because...that's pretty much what everyone cites.
She and Doucette, who tied the knot on June 1, 2002, have a daughter together, 7-year-old Mathilda Plum Doucette.
Zappa also requested that the court terminate Doucette's right to spousal support. The artist and singer-actress is the eldest daughter of late rocker Frank Zappa, and therefore the older sister of the singularly named Dweezil, Ahmet and Diva.
