The couple was spotted shopping yesterday along South Beach's Lincoln Road shopping district.
Lopez and Smart were caught leaving a sunglass store hand in hand. The 42-year-old American Idol host was dressed casually in tan pants and a tank top while her 24-year-old dancer sported jeans, a black T-shirt and black beanie hat.
"Just saw Jennifer Lopez and new boy toy holding hands walking down Lincoln Road," a passerby tweeted of the twosome.
Lopez and Smart have been enjoying their romantic New Year's getaway in Miami by hitting the town and yachting with friends. "Just drove some 120 mph go carts with @jrridinger & @LivingstonOmari," Smart tweeted on New Year's Day. "#GoodTimes."
Speaking of speeding, the lovebirds may have to put their red-hot romance on the back burner this week to focus on legal matters. Smart is set to hit court in Van Nuys on Thursday for a sentencing regarding his April 2010 arrest for illegal drag racing.
We have a pretty good feeling Lopez will not be by her man's side when he faces the judge.
