Andrew Garfield proves once again just how hard he worked to fill out his Spidey suit.

A new still from the we-can't-wait-for-it The Amazing Spider-Man shows Garfield as high schooler Peter Parker standing at his locker.

He wears a snug—but not too tight—blue T-shirt...

We can see his upper left arm. We've drooled over seen his Spidey guns before, but this is some serious muscle.

The Social Network star has credited yoga and Pilates for his new friggin' humungous biceps physique.

"I want to feel stronger than I've ever felt, and I want to feel more flexible than I've ever felt," he told Details magazine about a year ago. "I want to feel powerful. You don't just want to be a pack of meat—it has to be an open body. It does something to your psyche, and it does something to the way you move."

No surprise, but Mr. Garfield is a very dedicated web slinger. "It's a weight," he told me exclusively in June at the Maui Film Festival.

"I see it as a great responsibility. I'm willing to take it on and do whatever I can and work as hard as I can to make sure that I don't disappoint myself really and all the dedicated fans like myself."
