The Duggar family is still recovering from the heartbreaking miscarriage of their 20th child, but they're about to get some much-needed closure.

A TLC rep confirms to E! News that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will be holding a memorial service for the daughter they lost last week—whom they have posthumously named Jubilee Shalom Duggar—on Wednesday.

It was during a routine ultrasound appointment that the 19 Kids and Counting reality stars discovered that the child they were expecting in April no longer had a heartbeat. They were encouraged to return home and let the miscarriage occur naturally, though the 45-year-old Michelle returned to the hospital last night after feeling lightheaded and remains under observation. She is expected to be released later today.

There's no word yet on where or when Wednesday's memorial—which will be for family and close family friends—will be held, though the family already held a private service in their home last night.

Meanwhile, the mourning family has also posted a letter to their official Website thanking fans and well-wishers for their thoughts and kind words.

"On behalf of the whole Duggar Family we would like to thank everyone for their prayers, emails and outpouring of love," they wrote. "We discovered during a routine 19-week ultrasound that our 20th child, who was due in April 2012, passed away recently.

"As our whole family is grieving, we also know that God promises to work all things for good in our lives. We rest in knowing, that even though our child has departed this life that we will one day see each other again in heaven."

Stay strong, Duggars.
