Talk about a whirlwind.

Just days after Lamar Odom's trade to the New Orleans Hornets was canceled, the Los Angeles Lakers retraded him, this time to the Dallas Mavericks

So, how is his wife, Khloé Kardashian Odom, handling the news?

"'For I know the plans I have for u," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper u and not to harm u, plans to give u hope and a future." Jeremiah'," Khloé tweeted upon hearing about the trade.

And then she went on to tell a follower regarding the trade, "We are all sad but positive energy gets you farther then negative."

Khloé continued to try to spread positivity on the social networking site in spite of the shakeup, later tweeting "Life is not always fair. 'Sometimes you get a splinter even sliding down a rainbow.' Such a cute quote..."

The E! reality starlet also told followers that "everything happens for a reason" and that she is "excited" about their upcoming move to Dallas.

Meanwhile, Laker leader Kobe Bryant expressed his disappointment in the move. "To be honest with you, I don't like it," he told reporters Sunday. "It's tough to lose Lamar."

So, far, Odom has yet to comment about his trade to the Mavericks, but he was obviously emotional when he called into the local ESPN Radio station upon first hearing rumors that he would be traded to the Hornets.

"L.A. is home for me for more than one reason," Odom said. "If it does happen, you know what I'm saying, I had a great time. I got to play in front of [rabid Lakers fan Jack Nicholson], meet Denzel [Washington]. I found my wife in L.A., my family. The team, I had a lot of pride playing for them."
