He's baaack.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is hoping to reclaim his title as action-hero superstar in the upcoming flick The Last Stand, his first post-governor of California film role.

So now that his big baby mama scandal and divorce drama with Maria Shriver have died down, does the 64-year-old former Mr. Olympia still got it?

"It's his big comeback," Schwarzenegger's Last Stand costar Genesis Rodriguez told us last night at the HFPA's A Night of Firsts party in West Hollywood. "It is his film."

In the flick, Arnie plays a small-town sheriff who must stop a drug kingpin from escaping across the border to Mexico. Rodriguez plays an FBI agent who gets in on plenty of the action.

"Arnold is the coolest guy I've ever met," she said. "He is so funny and he is such a trouper doing his own stunts. He does it all. He's literally Superman."

He certainly didn't let the bloody injury he recently suffered while shooting slow him down. "I saw that in person," Rodriguez dished. "He got stitches and that same day he went back to work. I would not go back to work after I got stitches in my face!"

Now we want to hear from you. Are you excited for Arnold Schwarzenegger's big movie comeback? Sound off below.
