The effect's actually quite elegant—it looks like a tiny fascinator perched on the side of her head. (Plus Gwen's makeup is a glam combo of cat eye and ruby red lips!) But this isn't a British royal wedding, it's the L.A. premiere of Angelina Jolie's In The Land Of Blood And Honey.
