Little Nicky 2, anyone?
OK, we kid.
But seriously, Adam Sandler is actually eyeing the possibility of making a sequel to one of his comedies.
Of course, the decision to do so would be a first for the funnyman, who has never done a follow-up to any of his films.
So which flick might be brought back for an encore?
Grown Ups!
Yep. According to Variety, Sony Pictures and Sandler's Happy Madison Productions are in talks with Fred Wolf to pen a sequel to the screenwriter's original script.
While Grown Ups, which also starred Kevin James, David Spade, Chris Rock and Rob Schneider, wasn't exactly met with critical praise (not as hated as Jack and Jill, but close), it is Sandler's highest-grossing movie with a worldwide take of $271 million.
Sandler, however, does not have a deal yet to appear in the sequel as his involvement is "contingent on the script."
Which still leaves hope for Little Nicky 2, after all.
