Both starlets stepped away from the spotlight and recent controversies to spend time with the less fortunate on Thanksgiving eve (and the Mean Girls starlet didn't even have to have a court summons to do it).
"Join @scottlazerson @mikelohan @dinalohan & me as we join @FeedingAmerica helping more than 37 million Americans each year! #HappyThanksgiving," Lohan tweeted Wednesday.
"It's important to give back and bring attention to helping others," Lohan told E! News exclusively about working with the organization. "Its a blessing."
And the embattled actress wasn't the only one in the holiday spirit.
"Just left the LA Mission," Kardashian tweeted Wednesday about the annual event, hosted by Kirk Douglas and his wife Anne. "Met so many kind hearted people! They're goal is to feed 120,000 people by the end of the yr! We fed so many today. Everyone of us can do something small that will make a huge difference to someone else."
Saldana also tweeted about the event and encouraged fans to donate to the organization, saying "@TheLAMission rt now. Est. to feed approx 4k people. We could feed more if u log on to feedLANow.org & donate! Happy Thanksgiving!"
Spreading the good tidings a little further south were Khloé Kardashian Odom and hubby Lamar, who spent the day visiting troops at Camp Pendleton in San Diego.
"Thank you 2everyone at Camp Pendleton! What an amazing day! Lamar and I are so honored to have met the amazing Marines and their families!" Khloé tweeted.
Happy Thanksgiving indeed!
