Meet Vanessa Lachey!
The 31-year-old newlywed has officially made the switch from maiden-name Minnillo to hubby Nick Lachey's surname. So how did she choose to commemorate this major life change?

On Twitter of course! Mrs. Lachey, who wed Nick back in July in a small, intimate island wedding, took to her not-so-small and not-so-intimate Twitter account to make the announcement, exclaiming: "So. I'm making it official, and I LOVE my new name! @VanessaLachey has a nice ring to it."
