Sorry guys, we know you love seeing this blond bombshell on the big screen, but for her next project, Scarlett Johansson and her curves won't be anywhere in sight.

E! News has confirmed that the Under the Skin star is joining other Hollywood greats (like Matt Damon and Angelina Jolie) by directing her first movie!

Here are the deets...

According to Entertainment Weekly, ScarJo will take on an adaptation of the 1940s novel Summer Crossing by Truman Capote, which tells the story of a 17-year-old debutante who decides to ditch her high-class family's trip to France over the summer and instead falls in love with a Jewish parking attendant whom she later marries, leaving her stuck with the culture divide between her family and his.

We don't want to give too much of the story away, but it's pretty tragic.

Are you excited to see Johansson test her director skills or should she stick to leading roles? Let us know in the comments.
