Pan Am is hopping on the Twilight train before it derails off a cliff leaves the station for the last time.
Now, one of the stars has booked a post-franchise role in Pan Am, according to EW.com. So is it a vampire, werewolf, or human who will pop up on your TV screens come December?
It's Ashley Greene!
Alice Cullen herself has nabbed herself a three-episode arc on ABC's mile-high '60s-set drama. Greene will play a debutante that has a connection with Ted (Michael Mosley). Her first episode, titled "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang," will air on Dec. 4.
Pan Am was recently granted with an order for more scripts from ABC. Not quite as good as a full season pickup, but definitely better than stopping production, right? Perhaps casting someone from a huge movie franchise is their ploy to pump up ratings. Not a terrible idea, in our opinion.
By the way, what is this Twilight nonsense everyone keeps talking about? Ah, we kid.
Pan Am airs Sundays on ABC.
