Fellas, you've just won the love lottery, because now's your time to try and swoop in on Joy Turner Jaime Pressly.

E! News has confirmed that the Emmy-winning My Name is Earl star is now officially single.

Pressly and former hubby Simran Singh married on Sept. 26, 2009, and separated on Dec. 27, 2010. Pressly then filed for divorce from the entertainment lawyer the following month. For almost a year, the starlet and her ex-husband have been ironing out the division of their property, according to the recent court stipulated agreement filing.

So how'd it turn out?

According to the settlement papers, Pressly is entitled to keep all the household furniture, jewelry, clothing and personal effects currently in her personal possession. She can also keep a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country car, any bank accounts in her name, all the interest in the business Southern Belle, the business known as J'aime Productions, as well as any "celebrity goodwill" associated with her name and lastly, will retain the house in Sherman Oaks.

As far as Singh, he will keep all the household furniture, jewelry, clothing, personal effects currently in his possession, along with a 2007 BMW 750LI, bank accounts in his name and the businesses Simran Singh, Singh, Singh & Trauben, Malianteo and Shots After Dark. Singh will also retain a Miami Beach residence as part of the arrangement.

Oh, and Pressly will also pay Singh a $45,000 "Equalization Payment."

Now that that's all done and settled with, divorce party anyone?
