Hannah Montana sidekick Mitchel Musso in serious doo-doo for his alleged underage booze cruise around Burbank last week.

The 20-year-old actor has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher, the Burbank city attorney confirms to E! News.

And a conviction carries a possible jail sentence.

The TV star is due back in court to face the misdemeanor charges on Nov. 10. If convicted on both counts, Musso could a maximum of six months in the slammer along with a $1,000 fine.

However, because he is a first-time offender, he will likely get off with some kind of combination of fine, probation and alcohol-awareness classes.

There was no immediate comment from the actor's rep.

Musso was pulled over just before 4 a.m. on Oct. 16 for failing to slow down at the scene of an unrelated traffic accident, Burbank police told E! News.

He proceeded to flub a field-sobriet test and taken into custody to dry out. Musso was ultimately set free without having to pay bail because he had no warrants.

Musso, who released an album in 2009, is also known for voicing Jeremy Johnson on the Disney Channel series Phineas and Ferb and is the host of Disney Channel's reality series PrankStars.
