We love all things Twilight (duh, just look how much we blab about those Breaking Dawn babes) but this is just too much. In an interview with Allure magazine, Ashley Greene is saying that she and her tabloid nemesis Demi Lovato are the new Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie.
But let's let Ash explain it herself:
"I'm really happy that she's doing well," Ash dishes on Demi to the mag. "She and I never had a problem with each other, but you know, it doesn't go away. Jen Aniston still gets asked about Angelina Jolie."
Where to begin with this silly sound bite?
First of all, we so do not hear that you two have "never had a problem with each other." In fact, we hear quite the opposite. If the double negative threw you off, that means we hear there definitely was an issue.
Remember, Ash nabbed Demi Lovato's ex boyfriend Joe Jonas shortly after J.J. and Demi split. And rumor has it that the two broads exchanged some très heated words right before Demi decided to check herself into treatment.
Don't ask Ashley to clarify on those rumors tho, ‘cause if she did she "wouldn't have time for my day job."
Now let's get to the Jen vs. Ange thing.
We could cover it with a simple "Ha!" but let's play devil's advocate here: Is Ash the Ange of the Disney crew?
Sure, there are plenty of rumors swirling about what exactly went down with their tabloid love triangle. But Angelina would have the ovaries to call Jen out if she wanted to—not hide behind generalizations about people being "squeaky wheels."
Actually, come to think of it, Ash, Angelina could give you some serious pointers on how to play the tabloid game. You should ask her!
