Watch Live: Lindsay Lohan in Court—Could She Be Heading Back to Jail?!

Actress set to face judge for progress hearing in necklace heist case; if she's not in compliance with terms of probation, she could be back behind bars

Anyone else starting to feel a little déjà vu?

Unless you've been living under a rock this past week, you know Lindsay Lohan is due back in court yet again this morning for a progress hearing at which the judge will see just how well she's kept up with the terms of her probation in her necklace heist case.

The problem?

There doesn't seem to be a clear consensus on just how well she's done. Her camp, naturally, claims she's in complete compliance. However, just last week she was booted from the women's shelter where she was ostensibly completing her community service after blowing off nine scheduled appointments, and no one seems to be able to get a clear count on just how many of her 480 hours she's actually completed—and, lest we forget, it was during her sentencing that Judge Stephanie Sautner threatened to toss LiLo back behind bars if she wasn't well into her service.

Oh, and there's the pesky fact that the L.A. City Attorney's Office recommends she be locked up again.

Lindsay, meanwhile, insists all is well.

"I just want it to be known, that just because I was not followed&photographed during the times I've gone to community service, does NOT mean that I wasn't following my obligations (by going) to the court," she tweeted late Tuesday.

So what's going to happen? Could she possibly go to jail? The wait is almost over—E! Online will be streaming live from both inside and outside the courthouse all morning. Don't miss it!
