In the hours since the E! News anchor bravely took to the Today show to reveal that she has been diagnosed in the early stages of the disease, an outpouring of celebrity support has flooded through Twitter, with cohost Ryan Seacrest, Lea Michele, Denise Richards, LeAnn Rimes, Rancic's Fashion Police cohort Kelly Osbourne and more sending words of support, encouragement and take-no-prisoners battle cries her way.
And their well wishes have not gone unnoticed.
"Thank you for all ur love & support today," Giuliana's husband Bill Rancic tweeted earlier today. "G is reading all your messages. She will win this fight, I PROMISE, & be back better than ever!"
With a support system like that in place, she hardly needs any more, but she's getting it anyway. Here's a sampling of the Twitter love that's been coming Giuliana's way:

"Giuliana has chosen to talk about her breast cancer on E! News tonight prior to her lumpectomy later this week. We are grateful that thanks to early detection, Giuliana is expected to have a swift and complete recovery."
Likewise, Giuliana's Style family, which airs her reality show Giuliana & Bill, also offered up public well-wishes to the star:

"Giuliana has always shown great strength and courage in sharing her challenges with health issues facing so many women.
