When it comes to giving, she's just bein' Miley.

Over the weekend, Miley Cyrus made her way to Haiti for the second time this year to assist the Starkey Hearing Foundation hand out hearing aids to young boys and girls.

During her visit, the former Hannah Montana star not only got the chance to meet with Haitian President Michel Martelly, but to lead a sing-a-long of her hit "Party in the U.S.A." with a group of children as well.

"I hope I can come back soon," she told both Martelly and the kids in the room.

We're guessing the feeling is probably mutual.
