Not everyone on the Desperate Housewives set is happy the series is ending.

Eva Longoria is telling us just how she feels about saying goodbye to the show once its eighth and final season wraps. Plus, how does Longoria want it all to end?

"[It's] bittersweet," Longoria said earlier today at Variety's Power of Women Luncheon in Beverly Hills, where she was honored for her charity work with Eva's Heroes. "I'm sad that it's ending because it's been my family for so many years. And then I'm a little bit excited. You know, I get to move on to the next chapter in my life."

Longoria says the looming series finale is definitely affecting the on-set environment between her and castmates Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman.

"Now every episode's like, 'Oh no! Is this going to be our last time we'll be here? Is this the last time we're going to shoot here?' " she said. "We're all very aware that it's coming to an end."

As for the fate of the ladies of Wisteria Lane, Longoria laughed, "I think it'd be great if we all just drive off a cliff like Thelma and Louise. All four of us in the car. But Brad Pitt has to be there."
