Remember those feelings of shock and happiness when you saw Wilson Phillips pop up on the big screen during Bridesmaids?

Well, E! News caught up with the ladies and it turns out they didn't know anything about the plot before they signed on, other than it was a Judd Apatow movie.
Smart move?
They sure seem to think so.
Chyna Phillips, Carnie and Wendy Wilson all expressed how helpful the movie was towards their career because, frankly, being on "TV raises their profile and that sells music."
That, along with a 650 percent download increase andd the uproar of fans in the movie theaters helped "rejuvenate the brand" and inspired the ladies to do a comeback show and album.
