According to TMZ, Hall was allegedly causing a scene in his condo complex. He was allegedly yelling at people, pounding on doors and tearing up plants. What...a ridiculous rampage. I'm so tired of all of my favorite teen stars losing their minds in public. See: Jeremy London. The real kicker in this story is that until the LAPD showed up, Hall was reportedly put under citizen's arrest by an annoyed neighbor. I've always heard about citizen's arrest, but I've never heard about anyone actually enforcing it. It sounds pretty stupid. Obviously Anthony Michael Hall was not thinking clearly, or he would have done what I would do if some a-hole tried to put me under citizen's arrest: leave.
