You are cordially invited to...copy Kim Kardashian's bridal looks.
Yesterday, E! News exclusively confirmed that two of the reality star's three glamorous wedding dresses will be re-created by Vera Wang for her lower-priced David's Bridal line.
Now we've got the first look at the replica gowns...
Our exclusive sneak peek took place at a David's Bridal photo session in New York City, where the ballgown Kim wore for the ceremony and the mermaid gown she wore for her first dance were being modeled for promo purposes.
Just how big of a dent will these frocks make in a bride-to-be's budget?
Each look-alike gown will retail for less than $1,600 apiece. That's even cheaper than Kim's blinged-out wedding purse.
Wang told E! News that while the re-creations won't look exactly like Kim's bridal konfections, they "will certainly capture that sense of old-fashioned romance" that the designer strived to create in the original gowns.
Both dresses will be available at select David's Bridal stores after February 2012.
Check out People's Sept. 5 issue, out today, with lots of exclusive photos of the event.
