Who needs bathing suits when you're filming a movie in steamy hot Mississippi?
Just ask the stars of The Help.
Yup, the cast of the new movie enjoyed some off-camera skinny-dipping together.
We'll let Chris Lowell, the sweetfaced hottie who plays Emma Stone's love interest in the movie, tell ya all about it...
"We did a lot of skinny-dipping," Lowell told me earlier this week at The Help premiere at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
But no need to send an SOS to Andrew Garfield. Allison Janney and director Tate Taylor "led the skinny-dipping," said Lowell, who is most known for playing Dell on Private Practice. "But definitely not Emma. Emma is so modest in what she wears. She came and visited me and some friends down in Georgia at a lake house, and the entire time, even just among friends, she had on a onesie and shorts and leggings and maybe even a hat."
Not that she wasn't fun to be around. "She's wonderful," Lowell said. "She just loves to fool around, tell jokes. She's as cool as they get." (I've met her and mostly definitely agree!)
P.S.: Janney's bod got rave reviews. "I saw Allison last night on Joy Behar's show and they were discussing Helen Mirren having been voted as having the sexiest, best body," said openly gay Leslie Jordan, who plays a newspaper editor in the movie. "Well, [they] haven't seen Allison's. She was the first one to chuck those clothes off and, my God! And for me to notice!"
Rock on, Allison!
