Dido is back!

The British balladeer will finally release her third album, Safe Trip Home, on Nov. 4, it was announced today.

Even better, starting today she's giving away one of the album's tracks, "Look No Further," for free at www.didomusic.com.

It's been five years since Dido, 36, released her sophomore album, Life for Rent, which sold 2.1 million copies in the U.S...

She's probably best known in the States because her tune "Here With Me" was the theme song for television's Roswell. Then in 2000, Eminem sampled Dido's "Thank You" in his hit "Stan." She even appeared as Stan's girlfriend in the accompanying video.

For the last few years, the ultraprivate Dido has kept a low-profile while working on new music here in Los Angeles and London. During that time, she bought a Hollywood Hills home, but sold it in April for $4,450,000.
